Is My Cancer or Other Disease Related to the 9/11 Attacks?

Video Transcript

Hello, I'm Daniel Hansen, one of the senior partners of Turley, Hansen & Rosasco. As a 9/11 victims lawyer, one of the most common questions that I receive is, how do I know if my cancer or other disease is related to my exposure to the 9/11 toxins? Probably, one of the best ways to determine whether or not your cancer or other disease is related to your exposure to the 9/11 toxins is to make an appointment with one of the doctors at the World Trade Center Health Program. If you're not already enrolled in the World Trade Center Health program, our office can complete and file the application for benefits for you.

Once enrolled in the health program, our office can help you get an appointment at one of the health centers closest to either your work or your home. It's important to know that there is never a legal fare for us to assist you with obtaining free health benefits. The location where you're able to receive free care under the health program depends on whether or not you're a first responder, area resident, area worker, or a fire fighter. In addition, if you live outside of the Metro New York area, there are clinics nationwide that provide for free health care for, essentially, the rest of your life. If you have any questions about legal fees on September 11 Victim Compensation Fund claims, call us any time at 1-855-WTC-INFO.
