HANSEN & ROSASCO, LLP
We – Daniel J. Hansen and Troy G. Rosasco – are pleased to announce the opening of our new 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund Law Firm: Hansen & Rosasco, LLP.
The new name reflects the growth of our firm to meet the ever-increasing needs of the 9/11 community of first responders and Downtown NYC residents, workers, and teachers and students, among other survivors. We’ve outgrown our current Ronkonkoma offices and, in the coming weeks, are moving to larger offices, centrally located on Long Island. (Another announcement with the new location will follow.) Our NYC offices will remain at 767 Third Avenue.
Under the name of Hansen & Rosasco, LLP, our practice will continue as the only firm in the country that is devoted exclusively to representing the 9/11 community of responders and residents, employees, and anyone else who was present in Lower Manhattan on September 11, 2001 and in the months that , and who has been stricken with an illness connected to the terrorist attacks. The World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program and 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) claims will continue to be handled by founding partners, Dan and Troy, with support from the rest of our experienced legal team, who include Sidrah, Samantha, Amanda, Charlene, Alma, Lourdes, Fran, and our other 9/11 professional staff. Phil Alvarez, our Director of 9/11 Outreach & Education, will continue the commitment to his family’s legacy of advocating for our clients and the entire 9/11 community.
The changeover from our former firm of Turley Hansen & Rosasco, LLP will be seamless for all our clients. This change will not impact their WTC Health Program benefits or the timing of their awards and payments from the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund.
To all our clients: Feel free to contact us at our existing phone number: 1-855-WTC-INFO (1- 800-887-7299) and website: 911cancerclaim.com. We will continue our dedication of representing you and your families before the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund.
