Eligible claimants will be able to see a new “Document Checklist” so they or their representatives can start assembling all necessary documents to perfect the claim.

The 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund Final Rules state that the Fund will be “open” to receive claims next Monday, October 3, 2011. However, to date, the all important 9/11 VCF application forms and claim filing instructions have not been posted on the Department of Justice website. Zadroga attorneys will then have a chance to digest the forms and begin the process of assembling all the information necessary for their clients to receive both the “economic damages” and “non-economic damages” they deserve.
As soon as the new 9/11 VCF forms are available, we will post them here.
