The original funding for the Zadroga 9/11 Act, including the World Trade Center Health Program and the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund is already woefully inadequate without the additional insult of the sequestration cuts. The sad part is that this was completely predictable – and avoidable if Congress would simply do their jobs.
