Supplementing his prior testimony at the NIOSH Zadroga Act Implementation public hearing on March 3, 2011 regarding Ground Zero and cancer, Troy Rosasco of Turley, Hansen & Rosasco submitted written comments to NIOSH recently regarding the inclusion of certain cancers among the list of WTC illnessses covered by the Zadroga 9/11 Act. Now let’s hope that in addition to listening, Dr. Howard and NIOSH decide to include coverage for various cancers under the Zadroga 9/11 Act.
